Terms of Service (Updated July 2026)

1) General

- I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing (refer to the Will Not Draw list)
- Prices are subject to change based on demand & current economic state.
- All pieces will have a signature that will not be removed.
- Complex designs will be simplified at my own discretion.
- If the commission type is not listed on the prices, I do not offer it. Do not ask for it or - pay for something that is not listed.

2) Payment

- Payments are accepted in USD only through either an order through Ko-Fi or a PayPal Link sent directly from me.
- Commissions can be paid for in full up front (usually through Ko-Fi) or Split (50% up front & 50% after the first sketch is approved. Please communicate this to me directly if this is the method you wish to pay!)

3) Process & Delivery

- I will notify you via your preferred method of communication when the artwork is started & you will not be eligible for a refund (see ‘Refund Policy’)
- While working on your commission, I will send regular updates; with the amount of updates varying per order. Updates will be WIP (Work-in-Progress) sketches & drafts with a non-obstructive watermark
- The process time varies per order: 2-6 weeks usually depending on multiple factors such as health, mental health, life circumstances (like emergencies, funerals, etc), the complexity of the order & the number of orders prior to yours. If anything comes up that will slow the progress of this delivery time, I will let you know ASAP!
- If you need the commission done before that time, please clearly communicate that with me. There will be a $25 Rush Fee applied to all sooner commissions.
- Once the commission is finished, you will receive a full-resolution image along with the proper formatting (depending on the order). There’s no physical products (yet).

4) Revisions

- Each commission gets 2 rounds of revisions for free on the final piece. If more revisions are needed after the two revisions, there will be a charge of $20 per revision.
- If your reference is unclear, the revision fee will be applied

5) Copyright & Usage

I, Nerdy76 (the artist), claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore, I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
-- Promote myself and my commission services
-- Publish art books
-- Display & post on websites, social media, etc.


The buyer is allowed to:
-- Use the commission artwork for personal use only (unless discussed prior to the order)
-- Print the piece & claim original characters as their own. Any fanart of characters are not owned by the buyer, but copyrighted back to the appropriate IP.
-- Use the artwork to promote themselves; credit isn’t forced but always appreciated!


The following is considered copyright infringement:
-- Re-producing or using the copyrighted commission for commercial use (making money off of it)
-- Claiming the commission as your own (you did not draw it)
-- Removing my signature from the artwork
-- Altering the artwork without my consent
-- Using the artwork for AI purposes & training, NFTs or similar content (Do not do that)

I reserve the full rights to the artwork and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon.

6) Customer Satisfaction

- Communication is key and a two way street. If you do not want your order posted on social media or have any problem with the piece during the process, please let me know ASAP so we can work together to find a solution!
- I will do everything I possibly can to make the client happy with the order!
- Reviews & feedback are not required, but always appreciated!

7) Refund/ Cancellation Policy

- The buyer is no longer eligible for a refund once I state that work on the order has begun.
- If, for any reason, I am not able to start the commission, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel the order before I begin, you will receive a full refund.
- If you choose to disrespect or take advantage of me & my services at any point during the order process, no refund will be issued. Kindness & respect are free.
- If you are receiving a refund, the payment will be refunded back to you via your order method within 48 hours. If it takes longer, I will let you know.
- Do not request a PayPal Chargeback. If you request a PayPal Chargeback, at any point, when you were not eligible for a refund, you will lose all rights to the commission and will not receive a refund. I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. The Chargeback will be declined and PayPal will be supplied with our conversations about the commission as evidence. You will also be banned from purchasing from me again.

If the buyer breaks any of the points in this Terms of Service, they will lose all rights to the commission by me, Nerdy76 (the artist) and no refund will be issued. I have the right to profit further from the commission in any way I see fit. This is not up for debate. Please remember that art is a luxury, not a necessity! Make sure you are fully committed to purchasing before commissioning me.

Nerdy is a 28 year old woman who draws, creates things, speaks her mind and always shows kindness to others. A self-taught artist since she was 5, Nerdy has a vast pallet of artistic talent; ranging from drawing to painting and even some Graphic Design. She's a big advocator of mental health & promoting the good of humanity.Nerdy also streams 3 days a week on Twitch, but you can also catch her on social media yapping about her special interests, like Voice Acting.
